AUTOMOBILE INVESTMENT: THE CASE STUDY OF GERMAN ECONOMY GROWTH

The paper examines the current state and trends of the German economy over the past twenty years. It has been revealed that Germany is one of the most developed countries in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. The automotive industry has a great reputation. Cars “Made in Germany” are synonymous with quality and sophisticated engineering processes worldwide. Furthermore, the industry is an important driver of prosperity and innovation in Europe. In 2019, companies from the automotive sector generated record sales of €435.3 billion which amounts to 20% of the total German industry revenue. This means that automotive represents the largest industry sector in Germany. Industry experts claim that the driving force for this development was the strong growth of the Chinese market in the past years. The industry has always been an attractive employer. The German automotive sector consists of almost 900 companies that have employed over 833,000 people in 2019. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project. Automotive investment grows year after year, and demand for them grows rapidly, but there is no proper system at the time, therefore developing a smart modern automobile industry service is a very good concept under such conditions. Germany is a global powerhouse in technology and engineering, but it falls behind in digital transformation. Access to high-speed broadband networks, particularly in rural regions, could be increased. Mobile data consumption is relatively low, as are connection speeds.
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARED MOBILITY INVESTMENT PROJECT IN NETHERLANDS

It has been uncovered that the Netherlands is one of the most advanced nations in Europe, showing high paces of monetary elements and accomplishments in worldwide financial relations. The number of electronic mobility service users has been steadily increasing with the population getting more conscious about the climate change issue. This electronic mobility business includes Bike sharing, Carsharing, Micro transit, Ridesharing, Ride sourcing and Scooter sharing. This makes good conditions for the introduction of a business model, where it is feasible to consolidate venture and occupation creation for the financial backer. A worldwide venture project of this shared mobility in Amsterdam was created to the detriment of a financial backer from Zimbabwe. Consider the main stages of obtaining permits to open a salon. To find out how much it costs to open such an enterprise. An international investment project to create a beauty salon in Alicante at the expense of an investor from Ukraine has been developed. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, and also the calculations of the basic indicators which have allowed to estimate investment attractiveness of the offered project are carried out.
Development and implementation of the international investment project “Healthy Foods Delivery Service in New Zealand”

The paper examines the current state and trends of the New Zealand economy over the past fifteen years. It was observed that New Zealand is one of the best among all countries to start business in, showing high rates within all the indicators, identified by various business reports. At the same time, the country is not experiencing labour shortage or any economical fluctuations. All mentioned above creates favourable conditions for the organization of small business enterprises, since possibility of investment being paid back is extremely high. An international investment project to create a food delivery service in New Zealand was developed at the expense of an investor from the country for investment. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
DEVELOPMENT AND METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “BEAUTY SALON IN THE USA”

The goal of this paper is to look at the US economy, identify significant areas for investment, evaluate the risks and opportunities that come with it, design a plan to open a beauty salon in the US, and present all of the necessary calculations to decide whether or not to participate in the project. The economic and demographic situation in the United States was investigated, revealing both its strengths (a highly developed financial system, high living standards and high consumption, and a high level of scientific and technological development) and weaknesses (a highly developed financial system, high living standards and high consumption, and a high level of scientific and technological development) (huge US public debt, lack of gold reserves, deposits in the country, as well as the presence of a rather strange and aggressive foreign policy of the US government). In addition, the attractiveness of the United States as a target for foreign investment was examined, present developments in this area were forecasted, and the country was appraised as a commercial destination. Finally, the thesis contains the justification for the chosen project, its description (competitive advantages, competitor analysis), and important indicators such as NPV, PP, and PI, which show the project's effectiveness.
Development and ways of implementation international investment project “Establishing a livestock farm” in Zimbabwe

This paper examines the current state and trends of the Zimbabwean economy over the past 15 years. It has been revealed that Zimbabwe is a less developed country in Southern Africa, which plays an integral part in economic development of the region. The country has arguably attractive labour and is strategically positioned. Its main economic activities are agriculture and mining owing to vast mineral resources as well as good climatic conditions. The climate is suitable for both crop and livestock production. Livestock production plays an important role in ensuring food security and a source of livelihoods for over 70% of the rural population. The country is currently failing to meet demand for poultry and chicken products, a situation which calls for massive investments. Chicken production is beneficial as it contributes to the health of the population due to the properties of white meat in comparison to red meats. Poultry production has a short life cycle making it lucrative and sustainable. The calculations and analysis made were indicative that poultry farming is profitable and attractive to investors. The analysis has shown that Italy is a highly developed country with a lot of attractive possibilities for foreign investors. The taxation system is especially favorable for non-EU investors. The educational sphere is developed, though, the competition should not be too high to prevent the development of business. There is always a really high demand for educational opportunities and some language courses to study while living among Italian-speaking people. Italy is a highly-developed country with great import-export connections and satisfying conditions for setting up a new business. In the degree paper, there is also studied a corporate direction strategy – an intense growth strategy in order to penetrate in the market and seek to develop new products and find new income sources. The business strategy is a competitive one, which is determined by the company’s potential, strengths, and weaknesses in relation to market characteristics and its rivals’ capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. The international investment project described in the degree paper should be successful, since the Profitability Index of the project is 1.8, and the loan, taken for the project implementation should be paid back in 19 months.

Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Computer club” in Slovakia

The work aims to study the current state of the market and economy, the investment climate, analysis of competitors and the feasibility of doing business in Slovakia. Through various development incentives, the country is attempting to attract additional investment. Among other economies, Slovakia has several important advantages in terms of foreign direct investment. One of them is that the country is a member of the European Union and has a good logistics center. An international investment project of computer club was developed at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. All necessary calculations to determine the attractiveness of the investment project were performed, including the expected profits, costs and the required amount of start-up capital. . The country is trying to attract more investors through various development incentives.

DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “ELECTRIC SCOOTERSHARING SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA”

The current situation and tendencies of the Australian economy during the last fifteen years are examined in this paper. It was revealed that Australia is one of the world's most developed countries, that it plays a significant role in international politics, that it has high economic dynamics and success in international economic relations, that it is a leading trading country, and that it is a significant humanitarian aid donor. The number of individuals opting for electric scooters as a mode of transportation is rapidly increasing each year, but not everyone is comfortable with owning one. This establishes good conditions for launching a modest electric scooter-sharing service, in which the investor can pool resources and create jobs. An international investment initiative in Australia to construct an electric scootersharing business was developed at the expense of a Ukrainian investor. Calculations of the requirement for investment resources are provided, as well as the organizational and legal form of the new business, as well as calculations of the key factors that allowed the proposed project's investment attractiveness to be assessed.

This paper examines the current economic situation of Turkey with its development trends over the last twenty years and the country’s investment climate. The conducted analysis and conclusions of this work characterize the Republic of Turkey as one of the dynamically developing countries in the world, with the most powerful economic potential in its region. Since the beginning of the 2000s, the government has clearly defined the direction of the state's policy to attract foreign direct investment to the country as an integral part of the policy of economic modernization. Therefore, since then, Turkey has continued to increase its economic strength, and today the country is one of the regional centers of foreign investment attraction. Turkey's geographical location allows it to connect the Eastern and Western worlds in a unique way and attract millions of tourists from all over the world every year. That is why the tourism sector has always occupied an important place in the country's economy and received special interest from foreign investors. These and other factors gave rise to the idea of this work, which is aimed at assessment of the investment project’s prospects to open a hotel business on the southern coast of Turkey. This paper describes the process of creating and developing the project, considers its organizational and legal form, calculating of initial costs, annual costs, and projected profits.

The paper examines the current state and trends of the Japanese economy over the period of the 20th and 21st centuries. It has been uncovered that Japan is a highly developed, stable and efficient economy. The country is a leader in many economic dimensions and has a very attractive investment climate. As a result, Japan is a favorable place to invest in, regardless of the size of the initial investment. The international investment project is related to starting a language school at the expense of an investor. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, and the particularities of the legal framework of the business are determined. Additionally, the key efficiency indicators like net present value, profitability index and payback period are used to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
