The degree paper examines and considers the general characteristics of the
Portuguese economy over the past few years. The investment attractiveness of the country
for potential investors in the international market is analyzed. The relevance and demand
for starting a real estate agency in Portugal by attracting investment from Ukraine have
been studied. The peculiarities of small and medium businesses in the selected country
have been researched. Based on these data, the necessary calculations have been made to
identify the need for investment resources and key indicators that allow assessing the
feasibility of the selected project.
