Key objectives include analyzing the British economy, identifying potential investment zones, and evaluating the associated benefits and risks. The UK's economic and demographic factors are examined to assess both advantages and limitations. Additionally, the study evaluates the UK’s attractiveness as a destination for foreign investment, predicts future trends in this sector, and considers its potential as an entrepreneurial environment. Finally, the thesis provides a justification for the proposed project, a description of its competitive advantages and market competition, and an assessment of key financial indicators - such as Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI) - to reflect the project's overall efficiency
