On this basis, the feasibility of establishing a 100% foreignowned enterprise (WFOE) in Guangdong province, which provides access to a strong cluster of suppliers and a large sales market, is substantiated. The analysis focuses on economic and demographic factors within Canada, including positive attributes like a strong political, economic environment, high household income, the willingness of Canada to accept foreign investment. The Canadian furniture market framework and potential were examined, and Toronto and other urban centers were identified as the most suitable marketplaces for business development. The thesis also learns consumer preference for eco-friendly and personalized furniture products. This work features a complete business plan investment rationale-market research, competitive analysis, investment budget, funding structure, and three-year projected finances. Particular attention is paid to assessing risks and opportunities for foreign investors. The research analyses the economic, demographic, and institutional characteristics that shape the country's investment environment, especially in light of macroeconomic stability, EU integration, and dynamic urban development. The Czech Republic's consistent GDP growth, low unemployment, and well-developed infrastructure position it as a competitive real estate market in Central Europe. Brno, one of the country’s leading academic cities, has been selected as the location for the investment project due to growing demand for student accommodation and its favourable cost-performance ratio. In the final part of the thesis, we developed a practical investment plan, including budget estimation and financial projections. Particular attention is paid to the role of the agricultural sector in the transition toward climate-smart and resource-efficient development models. The study examines the trends of Switzerland’s international trade, the dynamics of foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows, and the country’s investment climate, evaluating its attractiveness to long-term strategic investors. The research underlines the importance of state-driven support mechanisms, public-private partnerships, and ESG policies in shaping Switzerland’s competitive advantages. A core element of this thesis is the development of an international investment project entitled “AgriTech Alps,” aimed at establishing a smart farming infrastructure in the alpine region. The project includes a detailed justification for its location, infrastructure needs, technological profile, and environmental compatibility. The macroeconomic situation in Slovakia was investigated, GDP dynamics, inflation, foreign investment and government policy in the field of digitalisation. Based on the analysis, the country's strengths (favourable geographical location, EU membership, stable GDP growth, support for start-ups and digital initiatives) as well as its weaknesses (high administrative burden on business, energy dependence and ageing population) were identified. In addition, current digital programmes implemented in Slovakia were reviewed and a SWOT - analysis of the investment environment was conducted. The concept of an SME application assistant with automatic reporting, tax calculator, integration with legal services and artificial intelligence support is proposed. The competitive environment in the government market is separately analysed and it is found that there is a lack of such solutions. The paper examines Estonia’s strengths, such as a stable political and economic environment, favorable tax system, and advanced digitalization, as well as challenges such as a small domestic market and energy dependency. The project plan includes site selection, staffing, operational costs, and marketing strategy. Key financial indicators such as NPV, PP, and PI are calculated to evaluate the project’s profitability. The results show that the project is economically worth with a reasonable payback period. To conduct my research, I used information from international databases such as the World Bank, International Energy Agency (IEA), and Global Infrastructure Hub over the past 15 years. The results of field research conducted in major Australian cities were used to confirm the hypothesis that the increase in the level and viability of sustainable construction projects depends primarily on the country's favourable investment climate. The results of the study were confirmed by the payback period (PP), profitability index (PI) and net present value (NPV). They indicate that the combination of economic stability, regulatory framework, and progressive environmental policy in Australia ensure the development of a favourable atmosphere for green investments. At the same time, the analysis shows the significant impact of advanced technological innovations and government incentives on the growing market interest in sustainable architecture, which significantly increases investment attractiveness. The entrepreneurial potential in this sector is also emphasised. With the growing consumer and corporate demand for sustainable solutions and support from foreign investors, starting a business focused on energy efficient construction is very promising. The study begins with an analysis of South Korea’s current economic situation, sectoral structure of GDP, monetary and fiscal policies, and demographic trends. Special attention is given to the country’s foreign economic activity, including its export-import performance, trade patterns, and capital movement. The research also evaluates global opportunities and threats influencing South Korea’s economic positioning and its investment attractiveness for foreign investors, particularly in the growing eco-friendly sector. The core of the study is dedicated to the design of the e-commerce project, including market research, legal frameworks, investment models, and financial calculations. A methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of the project is developed based on market demand, sustainability trends, regulatory environment, and potential return on investment. The study concludes that South Korea offers a favorable environment for launching an eco-conscious e-commerce initiative, with strategic advantages in technology, consumer behavior, and international trade integration.Документ Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Eco-friendly hotel in France with digital solutions”(2025) Anna VysotskaThe aim of the thesis is to critically interrogate whether green regulations and incentives in French hospitality are going to advance or hinder investment in the industry, to unveil new investment opportunities and design an international investment project in French hospitality business. The research was conducted through statistical and SWOT analysis, case studies, literature review and project calculations. It revealed that currently there is an opportunity to enter a safe-haven market for investors with competitive advantage in eco-friendliness and digital marketing. An investment project of an eco-friendly hotel was substantiated, and calculations proved its attractiveness: Net Present Value > 0, Profitability Index > 1, Payback Period < 3 years. Practical recommendations were proposed.
