To select the most acceptable variant of business hybridization, the theory of generations was used, which allows us to determine the value orientation of different age group representatives and impose it on the financial institutions' human resource policy during the transition to a hybrid form of business organization. On the basis of the integral spiral dynamics theory, a theoretical assessment of the correspondence of the corporate culture of organizations of different types to the options for the transition to a hybrid business is given. Various models of hybrid organizations in the financial sector have been developed and presented and their degree of compliance with the level of business development in Ukraine has been assessed. Sociometric analysis done on the representative sample in the well-developed business center of Ukraine reveals the possible approaches to the hybridization in the financial sphere with regards to age distribution of employees.Документ Ces-functions application for ensuring the efficient scenario of industrial enterprise development(Journal of Modern Economic Research, 2020-06) Момот, Володимир Євгенійович; Литвиненко, Олена Микалаївнаased on the application of parameter continuation method to a forcedly homogeneous and heterogeneous CES (constant elasticity of substitution) production function in the Cobb-Douglas-Timbergen form, recommendations have been formulated regarding the general technical policy of domestic industrial enterprises at the present stage of economic development of Ukraine. Since the cost of labor resources in Ukraine is almost the lowest in the world, we can conclude that the strategic policy in the field of fixed assets of domestic enterprises claiming competitive position in the world market should be focused on replacing obsolete equipment. The application of the parameter continuation method to a forcedly homogeneous CES production function in the Cobb-Douglas-Timbergen form indicates the possibility of an extremely optimistic intensive scenario for the Ukrainian industry development, which theoretically can grow almost exceptional due to the use of skilled highly paid labor with moderate investment activity in the field of basic production tools. The use of the Cobb-Douglas-Timbergen form of inhomogeneous CES production function with the parameter continuation method made it possible to make more meaningful generalizations regarding the comparative efficiency of using the basic production factors and to give a mathematical interpretation of the outstripping growth in labor productivity law, which consists in the descending nature of the PF (production function) variation curve with respect to the elasticity coefficient of the interchangeability of labor and capital. The influence of non-stationary processes in the economy on the enterprise development scenario has been identified, due to which the “delay” effect has been revealed when a certain trend continues to occur for a certain time even though the conditions of the economic environment have been already changed. The analysis of bordering cases of the production system development based on a comparison of changes in the parameters of the production function has been carried out, a mathematical interpretation of the law of diminishing marginal productivity of the factor has been given. Recommendations on the technological policy of domestic enterprises at the present stage have been put forward.Документ CES-FUNCTIONS APPLICATION FOR ENSURING THE EFFICIENT SCENARIO OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT(Journal of Modern Economic Research, 2020) Момот, Володимир Євгенович; Литвиненко, Олена МиколаївнаBased on the application of parameter continuation method to a forcedly homogeneous and heterogeneous CES (constant elasticity of substitution) production function in the Cobb-Douglas-Timbergen form, recommendations have been formulated regarding the general technical policy of domestic industrial enterprises at the present stage of economic development of Ukraine. A competitive environment is emerging in different markets and areas. To identify a competitive environment, we can use the following methods: analytical, expert and simulation. So, the application of basic mathematical models of price forecasting in a competitive environment has been investigated and described. Stage pricing in market conditions is an important element in the development of economic mechanism of production, provides supply and demand balance, influences the interests and needs of society. The basic methods of detection of the competitive environment, the most common methods of pricing and the time series method and the method of neural network forecasting for conducting the price forecast in the competitive environment are considered. It is updated that subjective forecasting of the same number of variables on a regular basis can be very time-consuming. It was determined that there was a way to achieve maximum effect in the field of forecasting with the help of «artificial intelligence», when the computer itself can learn, because by increasing the amount of information resources used in the model, the accuracy of the prediction increases, and the damage associated with uncertainty in decision making, they decrease, and it is possible through the use of neural networks. Finance is extremely non-linear, and sometimes stock price data can even seem completely random. Traditional time series methods, such as the ARIMA and GARCH models, are only effective if the series is stationary, which is a limiting assumption that requires pre-processing the series by receiving journal returns (or other transformations). However, the main problem arises when implementing these models in a real trading system, as there is no guarantee of stationarity when adding new data. They are struggling with it through neural networks that do not require any stationarity. In addition, neural networks are inherently effective in linking data to using it to predict (or classify) new data.Документ Methodological approaches to management of industrial clusters(ДВНЗ «Український державний хіміко-технологічний університет», 2019) Писарькова Валерія Ростиславівна; Дубницький Володимир Іванович; Науменко Наталія ЮріївнаThis article is considering methodological approaches to management of industrial clusters, the practice of which is becoming the most popular in the world community both at the international and national and regional levels. An industrial cluster can be characterized as a group of manufacturing enterprises and non-productive organizations, for which membership in the cluster is an important means of strengthening individual competitiveness. The theoretical principles of forming a model of a cluster of four blocks and the characteristic features of successful work of clusters are considered. The key approaches to clustering of industrial enterprises are substantiated: endogenous and exogenous. The support of the cluster development authorities in the context of ensuring the sustainable development of the cluster is shown. It is substantiated that clusters, unlike business networks, combine a much wider range of participants, including support institutes, manufacturing and commercial structures, including manufacturers, component suppliers, distributors, as well as regional and national governments. It is possible both industry and geographic concentration of enterprises that are part of the cluster. The schemes presented reveal the essence of the industrial cluster, reflect the investment climate on the basis of cluster technologies and demonstrate the components of the successful work of cluster associations. Several approaches to assessing the efficiency of a cluster function are considered. A separate information cluster is provided, which is a collection of enterprises that produce and provide information. The differences between industrial and informational clusters as well as their interaction, which is represented by the scheme through the intersection, are shown, and the general enterprises for the two clusters are defined. The article identifies the main factors that contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise due to clusterization. The core hypothesis presented in the paper is that online gamification-based teaching methods positive motivational impact on students can be rightfully explained by the fact that such an approach is charging the habitual contemporary students’ communication environment with an educational value pushing them to the limits of intellectual competition. New exceptional role played by teacher in the HSE is identified as a facilitator using the potential of new educational trends for challenging students rother than guide and instruct them. Teachers’ motivation to implement the online gamification-based teaching methods is also examined on the basis of Herzberg and Maslow theory with different factors put in form of motivational matrix. The effects of COVID-19 quarantine on teachers’ motivation is explored. Corresponding phenomenological models presented based on Heaviside function and the Weber-Fechner psychophysical law. Deviators preventing teachers to use advanced educational approaches are also treated. Distributed knowledge networking which dictate the contemporary educational environment development is represented by well-known logistical curve governing the process of new information propagation. Modeling the teaching process with respect to the new motivation incentives was done utilizing two most frequently used learning curve representations. Different modes of knowledge acquisition process were analyzed. On the basis of computational model, it was proved that gamification is unveiling the potential of contemporary educational environment. Main conclusion made that in case of gamification implementation the students not only exceptionally fast in knowledge acquisition but also demonstrate the ability of new knowledge creation. But at the same time, it was proven that the gamification alone could not provide students with enough level of motivation and should be accompanied with other incentives for the students.Документ Psychological capital and leadership role under the turbulent conditions in banking sector(Financial Internet Quarterly, 2020-12) Момот, Володимир Євгенійович; Литвиненко, Олена МикалаївнаThe article discusses the problems of commercial banks related to the coping with abrupt changes in activities organization due to quarantine and moving to partially remote work. The research focuses on how students’ location, employment status, and year of study influence their PsyCap during wartime. A survey conducted among 70 students at Alfred Nobel University in the 2023/24 academic year gathered data on these factors. Using methods such as cross-tables, ANOVA, and discriminant analysis, the study assessed the effects of external factors on PsyCap. Key findings reveal that location plays a significant role, with students who have relocated abroad showing lower levels of self-efficacy, hope, and resilience than those remaining in Ukraine. Meanwhile, employment status positively impacts self-efficacy and hope but has little influence on resilience or optimism. Additionally, students in higher years of study tend to exhibit stronger resilience and hope. The research concludes that, among all PsyCap components, hope is the most influenced by external factors like location and employment. Nevertheless, internal resources remain crucial in shaping the overall psychological resilience of students during challenging times.
