Анотація
The problems associated with the studying of the level of the enterprise human resource provision
and requirements have been analyzed. The groups of workers at the level of their opportunities for
career growth and learning ability have been formed. The approaches to the integration of motivational
incentives to the staff development and participation in the implementation of the strategy have been
offered. The criteria for assessing the staff competitiveness from the positions of both managers and
clients have been obtained
