In master’s thesis, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization and control of the marketing activity of the enterprise were considered, a marketing analysis and a marketing audit of the activity were carried out, recommendations were developed for improving the organization of the marketing activity of the real estate agency "Alanya GRAND" on the Internet: in search engines and social networks. Taking into account the specifics of the services of the "Alanya GRAND" company, it is proposed to implement the organization of the SEO and SMM department, and it is recommended to develop a content plan taking into account the analysis of the target audience, its needs and desires.
