dc.descriptionУ роботі проведено дослідження сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку економіки Індонезії за останні тридцять років. Виявлено, що Республіка Індонезія є однією з найперспективніших країн Південно-Східної Азії, яка демонструє стабільні темпи економічного зростання та зростаючу роль у міжнародній торгівлі. Разом з тим, країна стикається з проблемами нерівномірного розвитку регіонів. Інвестиційний клімат створює сприятливі умови для організації МСБ, особливо у сфері інфраструктури та туризму, де можливо поєднувати інвестування зі створенням нових робочих місць. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект зі створення готелю на острові Балі за рахунок власних коштів інвестора з України. Наведені розрахунки потреб у інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано організаційно-правову форму підприємства, а також здійснено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості запропонованого проекту. dc.description.abstractThe paper examines the current state and trends in the development of the Indonesian economy over the past thirty years. It has been found that the Republic of Indonesia is one of the most promising countries in Southeast Asia, demonstrating stable economic growth and a growing role in international trade. At the same time, the country faces problems of uneven regional development. The investment climate creates favourable conditions for the organisation of SMEs, especially in the field of infrastructure and tourism, where it is possible to combine investment with the creation of new jobs. The paper develops an international investment project for the construction of a hotel on the island of Bali using the investor's own funds from Ukraine. It provides calculations of investment resource requirements, justifies the organisational and legal form of the enterprise, and assesses the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
