Анотація
In the diploma work the basic concepts and methods of personnel management are analysed. The research analyses the effectiveness of the chosen
strategy of personnel management in the shipping company NIESKO and proposes a method of improving the level of motivation of employees in order to
improve the performance of the former LLC NIESKO.
The qualification work consists of three chapters, 21 tables and 8 figures. The work is based on 25 literary sources.
