Many organizations hope that implementation will help them to develop and to strengthen their market position. Nevertheless, statistics published by International Organization for Standardization show that number of ISO 9001 implementations has decreased over the years. These data are illustrated on Fig. 1. Therefore, it is important to study what benefits can be achieved in organizations from various production sectors.uk_UA
