This qualification paper explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the external environment's impact on enterprise management under conditions of instability. It substantiates the classification of environmental factors, their interdependence, and levels of influence on strategic decisions. The financial and economic performance of LLC "GC ISTEYT" is analyzed with regard to external risks and opportunities. Practical measures are proposed for crisis management, optimization of external conditions, and enhancing the adaptive capacity of the enterprise. An effective strategic management algorithm is outlined for turbulent environments.
