developing stock market. The United Arab Emirates is now a major exporter and importer,
continuing to be one of the world's most powerful re-export centers. Moreover, today, the
UAE has become an ideal place for investment.

real estate agency in the UAE (Dubai). The indicators for the systematic calculation of
investment resources are given; the organizational and legal form of the enterprise being
created is identified, and the calculations of the main indicators are carried out to assess
the investment attractiveness of the proposed project
