    Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Cleaning Company in Denmark”

    The thesis considers the macroeconoic indicators and the trends of the development of the Danish economy over the last years. The main structural trends in the economy of Denmark and the main drivers of economic growth are analyzed. The fectures of the service sector in Denmark and its role in Danish economy are considered. The main trends in export and import of Denmark are researched. The analysis of investment climate and the international investment position of Denmark are presented. The business climate in Denmark and its attractiveness to international investors are studied. The concept of international investment project “Cleaning Company in Denmark” is presented. The costs and purchases, investments and sources of their involvement are substantiated. The income statement, cash flows and estimation of investment efficiency of the project are presented.

    Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Resort hotel in Finland”

    This paper studies the current state and the main trends in the development of the Finnish economy over the past few years. It describes developments in leading economic indicators, examines the country's export-import activities, and scrutinizes Finland's position on a global scale. It also includes consideration of Finland as a country for investment and business. Particular attention is paid to assessing the investment climate in Finland and determining the degree of its attractiveness for Ukrainian investors. The work has developed an international investment project to create a ski hotel in Finland, at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, as well as calculations of the main indicators, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
