As you know, the creation of small and medium-sized businesses positively affects the reduction of unemployment, which is especially relevant during the crisis. In order to increase the efficiency of the functioning of small enterprises in the country’s economy, it is necessary to create decent conditions for its existence and development of innovation activity in the country. Today it is extremely necessary to focus on the problem of the formation and improvement of the legal framework for the development of entrepreneurship. To solve the existing problems of its formation in Ukraine creating the proper environment requires a radical reorientation of the state policy of entrepreneurship development.
