Документ ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY SYSTEM: PLANS ON A GLOBAL CURRENCY(Дніпропетровський університет імені Альфреда Нобеля, 2012) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Палладін, Антон МиколайовичThis paper deals with the problem of sustainability of the monetary system consolidated at the Jamaican Conference in 1976. The paper focuses on the economic side of the issue and does not consider in depth other factors influencing the international monetary system. Meanwhile the limitations of the paper do not allow dealing with the issue of gold and its role in the modern economy, the paper examines three major reserve currency issuers and their role in modern economy. It is also supplied with some practical recommendations related to the reforming of the International Monetary System as well as considers possibility of creating a global currency.Документ Art Critic as an Event Manager: Training Problems(CPN Publishing Group, Osaka, Japan, 2020) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Сизоненко, Ірина ГригорівнаThe commercialization of the modern art market requires major changes in the content and technology of training of art critics. Since most of their activities are actually related to the organization and conduct of certain events, it becomes necessary to strengthen the component of managerial and marketing training. The use of the concept of event management can contribute to solving this problem. Its implementation requires the inclusion of art historians in educational programs of art critic training as mandatory and selective educational components of disciplines related to economics, management and marketing.Документ Basic principles of building European collective security: the need for transformation(Університет імені Альфреда Нобеля, 2024) Задоя, Анатолій ОлександровичThe study is devoted to the analysis of the basic principles on which the system of collective European security is built. It was found that most of these principles cannot be implemented effectively enough in modern conditions. The Russian aggression against Ukraine dealt a devastating blow to these principles. It has been proven that the system of European collective security needs not only its improvement, but the replacement of the paradigms on which it was built. This applies, in particular, to issues of transatlantic cooperation, energy security, expansion of the EU and NATO, institutional restructuring of the main security organizations. Cobalt (III) Oxyhydroxide as a Pyrrole Polymerization Initiator: a Theoretical Study(2022) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Ткач, Володимир; Ткач, Вікторія; Митрофанова, ГаннаIn this work, the possibility of using cobalt (III) oxyhydroxide as an electropolymerization initiator for pyrrole is studied by theoretical means. A hybrid material may be yielded by this synthesis. The mathematical model has been developed and analyzed using linear stability theory and bifurcation analysis: the steady-state stability requisites, correspondent to the synthesis efficiency, were obtained. The general causes for oscillatory and monotonic instabilities have also been detected.Документ Currency index and its relationship with the level of country’s development(Університет імені Альфреда Нобеля, 2022) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Задоя, Олександр АнатолійовичThe vast majority of foreign operations are serviced by currency. The exchange rate of the national currency has a significant impact on both the terms of foreign trade and the international movement of capital. For a more accurate assessment of the impact of the exchange rate on foreign economic activity, it is advisable to use the currency index as the ratio of the market (official) exchange rate to purchasing power parity. The aim of our study is to establish the relationship between the level of development of the country and the currency index (including quantitative), as well as the rationale for approaches to the choice of foreign trade partners based on the currency indices. As a factorial basis for the study, statistics in 130 countries of the world were used. In the analysis of the results, a hypothesis about the existence of the relationship between the level of development of the country (which was determined by GDP per capita) and the index of the currency index was put forward. The hypothesis test was conducted using correlation and regression analysis. The indicator of R2 was used as the criterion of connection density. The research was carried out both in the whole array of countries, and for individual groups. The analysis showed a fairly close relationship between the currency index and the level of country development (which is reflected in the high value of the coefficient of determination). Even the unification of countries into economic unions and the transition to duty-free trade does not eliminate the differentiation of the price level and, accordingly, differences in the currency index. This is confirmed by the analysis of the calculated in the article currency index for the EU. And even the use of a single currency in the euro area does not eliminate this problem.Документ Cycles And Crises: History And Modernity (The Results Of The International Nobel Economic Forum)(2009) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Холод, Борис ІвановичThe paper analysis the main features of crisis phenomena in the early 21st century taking into consideration the overlapping stages of different types of business cycle (short and medium terms). The authors evaluate different kinds of economic cycles from the viewpoint of both history and modernity on the basis of opinions formulated during the International Nobel Economic Forum “Word Economy in the 21th Century: Cycles and Crises” (held in September 2008 at Dnipropetrovsk, University of Economics and Law, Ukraine).Документ Determining the impact of virtual water scarcity risk on the global food crisis 2022 as a result of hostilities(2023) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Федулова, Світлана Олександрівна; Шкура, Ірина СергіївнаThe object of this study is the process that forms conceptual foundations for managing the impact of virtual water deficiency risks on the global food crisis. The main idea of the study focuses on determining the consequences of the global food crisis in the world under the influence of a significant reduction in virtual water exports from Ukraine to agri-food markets. It is determined that most likely, in the context of the replacement of Ukrainian exports of grain and agricultural products as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine, the countries of the world will resort to new ways of obtaining effective imports of virtual water from other countries. The study proved that rapid structural changes in the economies of the countries of the world and the reorientation of their national economies towards the development of the agricultural sector under modern conditions of global uncertainty would inevitably lead to certain consequences. Namely, either to the fall in the growth rate of national economies, or to the state of the “bifurcation explosion” with the subsequent dispersion of possible states of development. The proposed scientific and methodological approach to assessing the sustainability of the systemic development of the territory over time for water-intensive regions makes it possible to take calculated decisions at the national level regarding the scale and prospects for the development of economic activities in the state. The described theoretical and methodological foundations of the interdependence of water and food security and the developed fundamental provisions of the economies of countries under the conditions of the global food crisis and the risk of a shortage of virtual water will create the following opportunities. Specifically, they enable state authorities to assess the depth of the specified crisis in the world and its consequences for all countries in 2022–2023. Such an understanding creates the conditions for making effective decisions on the volume of import of virtual water in a particular countryДокумент DETERMINING THE IMPACT OF VIRTUAL WATER SCARCITY RISK ON THE GLOBAL FOOD CRISIS 2022 AS A RESULT OF HOSTILITIES(Eastern-European Journal of Enterprise Technologies 1/13 ( 121 ) 2023, 2023) Fedulova, S., Zadoia, A., Shkura, I., Komirna, V., Savchenko, M.The object of this study is the process that forms conceptual foundations for managing the impact of virtual water deficiency risks on the global food crisis. The need to carry out reforms, improve the investment climate, and economic recovery prompted the state to develop a legal basis for future digital transformations in the development of the national ecosystem. Along with this, the above-mentioned steps contribute to the further integration of Ukraine into the EU. Using advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, analysis of large data sets, and others, digitalization becomes a key driver in the creation of innovative products and services, which in turn increases the competitiveness and efficiency of the socio-economic model of the state as a whole. But with the beginning of a full-scale military invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine, the state is forced to look for non-standard solutions for the continuation of the digital transformation policy. In the course of the research, it has been found that the scientific and technological potential in Ukraine continues to decline in the period after the signing of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement. The Government of Ukraine has launched a number of initiatives aimed at creating opportunities for the development of the domestic ecosystem of innovations, information and communication technologies (ICT) and startups, among which such promising and ambitious projects as: “E-residency” (creating conditions for non-residents to conduct business in Ukraine without a physical presence on its territory), “Diia.City” (a unique legal and tax space for IT business in Ukraine, which aims to give companies and startups effective tools for intensive development, scaling and capitalization), an online platform of the current status of the Ukrainian IT ecosystem (will provide an opportunity to search for business information about IT companies, professionals, investors and, in general, the entire technological ecosystem of Ukraine), development of the Concept of the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine (covers 9 fields: education and science, economy, cyber security, information security, defense, public administration, legal regulation, justice) and others. According to the results of the study, it becomes clear that in the era of rapid technological progress, the development of digital technologies has transformed the way of doing business, making it more dynamic and global. Management of digital ecosystems requires the state to develop adequate legal and regulatory frameworks. Intensive cooperation and financial support, even under martial law, will allow Ukraine to actively develop infrastructure, promote digital transformation, strengthen technological potential, sustainable economic recovery and deepen integration into the European digital market.Документ ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF UKRAINE'S ACCESS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION(Університет імені Альфреда Нобеля, 2023) Задоя, Анатолій ОлександровичThe article is devoted to the study of the possible economic consequences of Ukraine's accession to the European Union for this organization. Most researchers pay attention first of all to the possible results of Ukraine's accession to the EU for itself. However, in order to understand the motives of certain opposition of Ukraine's movement to this organization on the part of some of its members, it is important to assess the results of such accession for the EU and its members. Studies have shown that Ukraine is capable of strengthening the economic and security positions of the European Union. This can be realized through the creation of a defense hub in Ukraine, which will not only produce military products for supply to EU countries, but also provide its own army to protect the borders of the European Union. The undersaturated domestic market of Ukraine can become a driver for the European economy on its way out of the long depression. Cheap, but high-quality and motivated labor force in Ukraine, as well as its proximity to the European market, creates favorable conditions for the relocation of European investments from the countries of Southeast Asia. Ukraine's natural resources will be able to reduce the dependence of EU countries on external suppliers and create favorable conditions for the development of "green" energy. At the same time, with the accession of Ukraine to the EU and NATO, the length of the border with such a dangerous neighbor as Russia is significantly increasing, which will require additional costs to strengthen it. In order to turn the potential gains from Ukraine's accession to the EU into reality, significant expenditures on providing assistance to our country are necessary. Since Ukraine has significantly worse economic indicators than other EU countries, with its accession the average indicators for the EU will also deteriorate, which will negatively affect the global image of the organization. We should also not forget about the growing level of competition on European markets in those areas where Ukraine already has significant potential (agriculture, logistics, etc.). Understanding both the potential gains and threats is important for the proper construction of the EU membership strategy. Joint efforts are needed to create favorable conditions for realizing gains and minimizing potential threats.Документ Economical and Green Acetaldehyde to Glyoxal Electroorganic Conversion: a Theoretical Study(2021) Задоя, Анатолій ОлександровичAn interesting electro organic economic and green method of acetaldehyde to glyoxal conversion, based on electrochemical oxidation over a selenite-doped conducting polymer, has been described theoretically. A mathematical model, correspondent to the process, has been developed and analyzed by means of the linear stability theory and bifurcation analysis. The model analysis has confirmed the efficiency of the model for glyoxal laboratory and industrial production by the electrocatalytic method. Although the oscillatory behavior is possible in this system, it won´t influence the glyoxal yield strongly.Документ Economics: bases of economic theory(alfred nobel university of economics and law, 2010) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Петруня, Юрій Євгенович; Косякіна, Олена АнатоліївнаThis textbook acquaints readers with the way modern society’s economic life is arranged, the way individuals, enterprises, and institutions act, and the forms of cooperation established among them. A significant dependence of the GDP dynamic in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia from the dynamics of the EU as a whole and the lack of such the dependencies for the Polish economy was disclosed. There are not statistical confirmation of the predictions of accelerating inflation and rising unemployment for less developed countries in the case of their entering the EU. Every country remains free to choose effective methods to counter the challenges of integration. One of them is a speedy development of the domestic market and keeping dependency of the national economy on overseas trade (both import, and export) on the safe level, and Polish experience proves it to be valid.Документ Economy of foreign countries: study guide(Alfred Nobel University, 2019) Задоя, Анатолій Олександрович; Магдіч, Аліса Сергіївна; Задоя, Олександр АнатолійовичThe study guide reveals the content of course “Economy of foreign countries” with the help of slides, which reflect key definitions, basic concepts, schematic presentation of the relationships and interdependencies, illustrative form of the material presentation contributes to the effective perception of the program material and allows students to make own additions and comments during lectures or in the process of self-mastering the course.
