The study found that the introducing cooperative learning technologies in small groups based on professionally oriented situations will increase the motivation of future university trainers and manifest their personal position thus forming their communicative skills. A set of organizational and pedagogical conditions of realizing cooperative learning was determined and experimentally approved. Topicality of the issue is due to the requirements for the personality and activity of the educator that are defined in the Concept of “New Ukrainian School”, namely: mastering modern teaching methods, striving for implementation of the partnership in cooperation with all participants in the educational process. It is proved that through the development of the professional position of the educator, the basis of which are the motives and values of their activity, it is possible to influence the development of the teacher’s personal qualities and their attitude towards professional activity. In the article the professional position is considered as a professional and 174 personal indicator that reflects the educator’s value attitude to the pedagogical activity and its results, to the participants of the educational process (colleagues, students, parents), attitude toward oneself, and it also provides the conditions for the implementation of the professional and role functions in solving pedagogical tasks. The purpose of the article is a theoretical foundation for the main ways of the development of teacher’s professional position as a means of enhancing their professionalism in accordance with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School. The study first proved the need to bring the process of developing the professional position of the teacher in a general secondary education institution in accordance with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School; the concepts of “professional position of teacher”, “acmeological position of teacher” are specified; further publicity was given to the substantive content of the acmeological approach in managing specifically the development of the teacher’s professional position, professional self-improvement as a means of raising the level of professional pedagogical position. The main in the study were theoretical methods of scientific search: analysis and synthesis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature, scientific-theoretical substantiation.It is proved that the professional position determines the methodological basis of the educator’s activity, requires constant development under the influence of external and internal conditions (constant self-improvement, lifelong learning, updating approaches to organizing the process of further training for teachers). Inthe article, such workshops are defined as the fullest form of peer-teaching in which one or severalstudents (workshop organizers) guide their group-mates in performing extra-linguistic learning activitiesconducted in the target language. The research describes workshops as one of the most efficient waysof involuntary (subconscious) target language acquisition achieved through extra-linguistic practical(experiential) activities performed by way of communication in the language to be learned. The articlereports the results of a comparative experimental study in which students of a non-linguistic major(Psychology) and students majoring in English as a foreign language on which their career option(Applied Linguistics) is based were practicing workshops in English in their mandatory classes on thatlanguage. The results of the experimental study clearly demonstrate and prove that workshop practicewas quite successful in both cases not only in what concerns the involuntary (subconscious) developmentof learners’ target language communication skills. This article introduces incorporating teamwork into pedagogical courses. The application of the teamwork pedagogy is relevant due to a strong necessity to find a successful educational technology of professional teachers’ competencies development required by the modern international labor market. Sufficient results have been achieved with the use of theoretical and empirical research methods as analysis, generalization, and systematization of scientific papers, observation, reflectivity, and social intelligence diagnosis, pedagogical modeling, questioning, and collecting data. The scientific novelty of the theoretical part is highlighted through the importance of applying teamwork as a more successful educational technology, proving effective tools, and strategies for designing the new teamwork-based educational process of master’s degree students in Pedagogy. The subject of the study are the theoretical foundations of technological support for the system of forming the readiness of the future heads of comprehensive educational institutions for strategic management in the masterʼs degree conditions. The purpose of the article is to clarify the importance of dialogic, debatable, simulation training and information-distance learning technologies in the process of forming the readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution for strategic management in the conditions of a masterʼs program. According to the goal, the following tasks were set: to characterize the essence, components and advantages of the use of pedagogical technologies that contribute to the formation readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institutionʼs for strategic management in the masterʼs degree conditions, namely dialogic, debatable, simulation training and information-distance learning technologies. The research determines that the main pedagogical technologies of forming the readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution for strategic management in the masterʼs degree conditions are dialogic and debatable technologies (problem lecture, lecture with pre-planned mistakes, lecture-conference, lecture-press conference, lecture-conversation, lecture-brief-ing, lecture with the analysis of specific situations), debatable technologies (debates, discussion, round table, expert group meetings, forum, “aquarium”, “brainstorming”, synectics), simulation training technologies (role-playing games, business games, training, internships (with the execution of an official role)), non-gaming technologies (case-method (method of concrete situations), “balint session”, diary method, method 6-6, method of time constraints, method of sudden prohibitions, method of new variants, the method of absurd)), information-distance technologies (design topics, Internet-oriented technologies (mentoring, pair learning, e-mail, chat technology, webinar)). The following advantages of the dialogic-debatable learning technologies are defined: the ability to generate new ideas, creative thinking, the ablitity to work with information competently (ability to collect, process, analyze); formation of quality to put forward hypotheses, to formulate problems; formation of the ability to communicate in different social groups; ability to work collectively, to prevent conflict situations or to be able to professionally solve them. The expediency of simulation training learning technologies, which simulate the real activity of the head of a comprehensive educational institution and ensure the formation of professional management skills in an artificially created environment, is substantiated. The advantages of information and distance technologies for the formation of the readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution for strategic management, which provide educational and professional interaction in the system “teacher – student – computer”, have been proved. It is established that the above-mentioned technologies contribute to: the formation of motives, which are adequate to the goals and objectives of management activities in the field of strategic management; effective understanding by future leaders of comprehensive educational institutions of a set of knowledge about the essence and peculiarities of strategic management; formation of business-forecasting, diagnostic-analytical, administrative-managerial and reflexive-regulatory administrative skills; the formation of personal qualities that contribute to successful strategic management (persistence, predisposition to risk, assertiveness, adaptability, pushfulness, ability to reflect).
