Анотація
В статті розглядаються сутність та структура феномену
«компетентність майбутнього фахівця у здійсненні професійної
взаємодії». Окремо визначається поняття компетентності як
спроможності кваліфіковано проводити діяльність, виконувати
завдання або роботу. Виокремлюються компоненти та критерії
основного феномену дослідження, який представляється як ланцюжок таких взаємопов’язаних компонентів як мотиваційно-ціннісний,
когнітивний, діяльнісний та особистісний. Доводиться, що пред-
ставлена розгорнута характеристика кожного з компонентів дає
підстави для більш чіткого визначення сутності феномену, що
досліджується, конкретизувати його зміст та використовувати як
платформу у подальших дослідженнях. The article deals with the essence and structure of the phenomenon
“competence of future specialist in performing professional interaction”. The notion of
competence is treated as an ability to conduct an activity, perform certain work or
fulfill certain tasks. The structural elements and the criteria of the phenomenon under
investigation are singled out. They are presented as a chain of interconnected
components. These components are: motivational-and-value, cognitive, functional,
and personal. Motivational-and-value component is characterized by such criteria as
the aspiration to the achievement of some goals, necessity for interaction and
orientation to interaction. Cognitive component is described as a system of
generalized theoretical knowledge, which guarantees its usage and porter to certain
professional situations. Functional component is treated as a constellation of skills,
which guaranty high professional effectiveness. Personal component embodies the
occurrence of social intelligence, tolerance, the ability to introspect and to prevent the
erection of certain barriers (professional, communicational). Detailed characteristics
of each element provides the ground for more clear description of the essence of the
phenomenon which is studied, gives the chance to reveal its particular substance
and to use this characteristics as the platform for further investigations.
