Анотація
The article deals with the methodological approaches to forming the readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution for strategic management in the conditions of a magistracy, namely systemic, student-centric, personal-activity, axiological, acmeological and synergetic. It is proved that the implementation of the system of forming the readiness of the future head of a comprehensive educational institution for strategic management in the conditions of the magistracy is carried out in accordance with the mentioned approaches, the main provisions of which allow to optimally construct a strategy for achieving scientific goals.
