In the bachelor's thesis the theoretical and methodological marketing measures to improve customer service of enterprises are considered, marketing analysis is carried out, recommendations for improving the organisation of marketing activities of the enterprise "The Credit Thing" are developed to improve the service. Taking into account the specifics of the services of "The Credit Thing" enterprise and competitive conditions, the introduction of marketing measures has been proposed, which will increase the competitiveness of "The Credit Thing" enterprise in the market.
