Adaptation of the international experience of e-commerce development to the conditions of Ukraine

Вступний розділ визначає важливість цього дослідження в контексті сучасної глобальної економіки. Він забезпечує потужну теоретичну та методологічну основу, вивчаючи природу, еволюцію та вплив електронної комерції. Крім того, в цому розділі проаналізовано міжнародне зростання електронної комерції в розвинутих економіках. У другому розділі проаналізований стан електронної комерції в Україні за останні декілька років. Критично оцінено можливості застосування міжнародного досвіду в Україні, включаючи культурні, економічні та регуляторні параметри. Такоє, у розділі роз’яснені поточні перешкоди та передбачені потенційні перспективи розвитку електронної комерції в Україні. Останній розділ містить аналіз зміни стану електронної комерції під час війни, зміну трендів, методів та мінливі вимоги онлайн-споживачів у складних обставинах. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження отриманих результатів для сприяння розвитку електронної комерції в Україні. На основі цих данних були запропонована модель та зроблені прогноз-розрахунки для підвищення прибутку онлайн компанії "COSMIC " за допомогою імплементації однієї з міжнародних практик.
American experience of hotel business development and its significance for Ukraine.

The study of the current state and trends in the hotel business in America. It was found that the hotel business in America is the largest and most developed in the world. It is closely connected with the development of the tourism industry in general, and an integral part of each other's development. It was also found that the structure of the hotel business is dominated by hotel chains, which set the direction of development of the entire industry. Collected data of modern standards for hotels and tools for development in the modern world. Thanks to the stability of Ukraine's economy and the chosen vector of development in recent years, this has led to the intensification of business and the interest of international tourists. At the same time, the unsatisfactory state of the hotel business in Ukraine and the need for changes in many components of the industry were revealed. It is proposed to use the experience of the hotel and tourism industry of America.
Analysis and evaluation of e-Commerce market and its place in the economy of U.S.

The aim this master thesis is to look in to the different sectors of e-commerce in the global market, while also indicating why and how it works. The author has considered advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce as a method of trading. As an object of the research, the economy of the U.S, has selected since the United Stated is the biggest and powerful economy in the world and also because E-Commerce market started in there. The first chapter of thesis is devoted to the theoretical questions related to e-commerce: history of its emergence, types, features, etc. Since e-commerce is comprised of retail and whole sales of goods and services, in chapter 2 of this thesis there will be given more detailed explanation of what e-commerce is, e.g., market behavior, market segment, market analysis and the internet payment system of U.S (Digital Payments). Chapter three will introduce Amazon company, the biggest E-Platform in the United States, and give some recommendations regarding its possible performance improvements and increase in gains.
Analysis and evaluation of the e-commerce market and its place in the South Korean economy

This paper assesses the position help by the e-commerce market in South Korea’s economy, showing different trends for the past 10 years. This thesis was able to highlight the place South Korea’s economy holds as well as what e-commerce brings to economy. The different aspects shown in the paper show different stages in which the economy went through as well as the changes that happened in the e-commerce market making it what it is today. South Korea is a successful economy that keeps on growing and changing, the e-commerce market is a major contributor to that success. The data regarding the current state of e-commerce in South Korea showed how impactful it has been to the economy of South Korea. However, it also went on to show that there are aspects that need improvement even through currently everything is heading towards the right direction.
Analysis of the International E-commerce’s Market Experience Implemented in Ukraine’s E-commerce Market

This master's thesis will investigate the various areas of e-commerce in the Ukrainian market, as well as explain why and how they work. The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to theoretical issues concerning e-commerce, such as its history, types, and features. Because e-commerce includes both retail and wholesale goods and services, the first chapter of this thesis will provide a more complete description of what e-commerce is, including topics such as market behaviour, market segmentation, market analysis, and the internet payment system. In the second chapter, we will introduce the company as a subject of the research and also we will analyse the performance and impact of the innovations which were implemented in the researched company. In chapter three we will give some recommendations regarding its possible performance based on three scenarios.
ANALYSIS OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN THE WORLD COMMODITY MARKET ON THE EXAMPLE OF SAMSUNG COMPANY

The paper examines the role of transnational corporations in the current economic system and their influence on the world commodity market. Transnational firms are crucial to the creation of new technologies and innovative activities at the current stage of economic development. The fact that transnational corporations are specifically the sources of the creation of most technological innovations and that they are most heavily involved in research and development works, which are then presented on the commodity markets, can be used to explain the large-scale impact of the corporation's activities. In this paper, Samsung was taken as an example of a transnational corporation. An analysis was made of the company's competitiveness in the commodity market, the financial and economic condition of the company, as well as the investment attractiveness of the company. Also, an analysis was carried out and recommendations were given to improve the company's position in the commodity market
AUTOMOBILE INVESTMENT: THE CASE STUDY OF GERMAN ECONOMY GROWTH

The paper examines the current state and trends of the German economy over the past twenty years. It has been revealed that Germany is one of the most developed countries in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. The automotive industry has a great reputation. Cars “Made in Germany” are synonymous with quality and sophisticated engineering processes worldwide. Furthermore, the industry is an important driver of prosperity and innovation in Europe. In 2019, companies from the automotive sector generated record sales of €435.3 billion which amounts to 20% of the total German industry revenue. This means that automotive represents the largest industry sector in Germany. Industry experts claim that the driving force for this development was the strong growth of the Chinese market in the past years. The industry has always been an attractive employer. The German automotive sector consists of almost 900 companies that have employed over 833,000 people in 2019. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project. Automotive investment grows year after year, and demand for them grows rapidly, but there is no proper system at the time, therefore developing a smart modern automobile industry service is a very good concept under such conditions. Germany is a global powerhouse in technology and engineering, but it falls behind in digital transformation. Access to high-speed broadband networks, particularly in rural regions, could be increased. Mobile data consumption is relatively low, as are connection speeds.
Circular Economy performance of the EU countries

The paper analyzes the current state of the Circular Economy and the performance that the EU economy and individual EU countries can achieve applying the principles of circular economy, and also to point out the importance of waste management as a foundation for the successful transition towards CE. It is revealed that the benefits of the new economic model are reflected in increased resource productivity, reduced environmental impact, reduced dependence on imported raw materials, job creation, increased economic competitiveness thus fostering sustainable economic growth. A systematic analysis and comparison of the EU countries was performed to benchmark performance, foster policy learning and to help designing future perspectives towards a CE. Based on the examples from European countries strategies, which are focused on the economic shift towards CE, was noticed that every strategy on their beginning starts with methods of waste management. That is why, this paper aims to point out, the importance of the implementation of waste management method of separate municipal solid waste collection in Ukraine. The calculations represent an increase in the share of extraction of secondary raw materials from the applied method, that in its turn able to reduce the environmental burden by returning resources to economic circulation, that previously had a negative impact on the environment.
Development & Implementation of the Investment project of a Convenience Store Opening in Denmark

The thesis shows the investment process undergone in Denmark where it involves the opening of a Convenient store. With the opening of the business it will need investments of capital , buying assets to be used and hiring the right employees to communicate with the customers. The projects objectives is to find out the investment climate in Denmark and what factors are to be considered when starting up a business in Albourg, Denmark. The aims set up was to better understand how to open the Convenient store. All the aims were achieved through calculations made up for the investment. As for the economy it was made clear by looking at the economy. Furthermore another objective was to analyze the investment aspects considering the inflation and other factors. The feasibility of the project in terms of its effectiveness was assessed using the net present value, profitability index and payback period.
Development and Implementation of International Investment Project in Agriculture and Agribusiness in Ghana

This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the economic situation and trends in Ghana in relation to foreign economic activities, with a particular focus on the agribusiness sector. The thesis begins with a literature review of the Ghanaian economy, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses, and exploring the various foreign economic activities that have taken place in the country followed by an in-depth analysis of the agribusiness sector. The study then focuses on the Ahafo region of Ghana, where the poultry industry is identified as a potential investment opportunity for international investors. The thesis provides a detailed analysis of the poultry industry in Ahafo, including an overview of the market, an examination of the production process, and an evaluation of the economic attractiveness of investing in the industry. Based on this analysis, the calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
Development and implementation of international investment project ‘Event agency ‘Help Yourself’’ in Japan.

In Bachelor thesis, Japan’s socio-economic overview as part of investment attractiveness investigation is presented. The area of this paper covers a series of administrative units in Japan that assisted in determining the most interesting option for project implementation. The country happens to experience a rapid ageing population that has been influencing all the economic and social aspects. But still, Japan has depicted a marvelous case of economic stability over the years which proves the capability of attracting investment. The international investment project is developed on the cash source provided by an investment ‘angel’ which has the most favorable conditions with minimal risks. In addition, the key efficiency indicators (such as net present value, profitability index, and payback period) are considered to outline whether the project is worth adoption.
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SHARED MOBILITY INVESTMENT PROJECT IN NETHERLANDS

The thesis looks at the present status and patterns of the Netherlands economy over the past fifteen years. It has been uncovered that the Netherlands is one of the most advanced nations in Europe, showing high paces of monetary elements and accomplishments in worldwide financial relations. The number of electronic mobility service users has been steadily increasing with the population getting more conscious about the climate change issue. This electronic mobility business includes Bike sharing, Carsharing, Micro transit, Ridesharing, Ride sourcing and Scooter sharing. This makes good conditions for the introduction of a business model, where it is feasible to consolidate venture and occupation creation for the financial backer. A worldwide venture project of this shared mobility in Amsterdam was created to the detriment of a financial backer from Zimbabwe. Development and implementation of the international investment project "Founding the school of foreign languages Mandarin LLC in the People's Republic of China"

The paper examines the current state and trends of the Chinese economy over the past fifteen years. It has been uncovered that the People`s Republic of China is demonstrating high rates of economic dynamics, steady successes in the field of international economic relations, and effective policy of foreign investment attractiveness. All the mentioned above conditions are favourable for the creation and implementation of small enterprises. An international investment project is related to the creation of the school of foreign languages Mandarin LLC carried out at the expense of a Ukrainian investor. Based on the analysis conducted, the need for investment and the particularities of the legal framework of the enterprise creation were determined. Finally, the work evaluates the investment attractiveness of the proposed project using a set of key indicators.
Development and implementation of the international investment project “Beauty Salon” in Spain.

Is Spain a country where this can be done? How to realize your dream and open, for example, a beauty salon? How much is an outdoor beauty salon in Spain? Consider the main stages of obtaining permits to open a salon. To find out how much it costs to open such an enterprise. An international investment project to create a beauty salon in Alicante at the expense of an investor from Ukraine has been developed. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, and also the calculations of the basic indicators which have allowed to estimate investment attractiveness of the offered project are carried out.
Development and implementation of the international investment project “Children’s animation center” in Canada.

The paper examines the current state and trends of the Canadian economy over the past ten years. While doing a research, it has been found that Canada has a strong and very developed market economy which is quite stable. In addition, various trade agreements, especially NAFTA help the country to remain successful in its foreign economic activity. However, it still has to deal with the problems of weak productivity, poor investment, exchange rate overvaluation, and strong global competition in these latter days. Canada has been considered one of the most attractive countries in terms of investment, so making an investment there is a great idea if the project is worth it. Therefore, an international investment project to create a children’s animation center in Waterloo was developed at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. In this thesis the whole concept is described and calculations are presented for detecting the effectiveness of this investment project. The needed indicators and data have also been analyzed and organized in a required way for a better understanding.
Development and implementation of the international investment project “Green house in Nigeria”

We can see through various analyses and the use of figures that this project would be a successful one. I understand that every project has to come to an end but if there is one project that probably shouldn’t come to an end, it is this one. This project would not only boost the country’s standings in the midst of the world economies but also boost the lifestyles of the country’s residents. Of course the main purpose of any project is to make sure it is profitable and the figures and indicators such as the projected project’s Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return proves just how successful this project would be if it were to be ever developed. The beautiful thing about the Greenhouse project is that it does not have to be limited only to Nigeria as this project idea can work in any agro-based country. Take for example; Ukraine is a country that has been blessed with about 40% of arable soil which is great for farming. Ukraine has many similarities with Nigeria which proves that this same project can be developed in Ukraine and can succeed as well. These similarities include; great soil for farming, cheap labour force, a fairly high level of corruption etc. This just proves that the greenhouse project never really has to die but it can just end in one country and be restarted in another country.

All mentioned above creates favourable conditions for the organization of small business enterprises, since possibility of investment being paid back is extremely high. An international investment project to create a food delivery service in New Zealand was developed at the expense of an investor from the country for investment. There are full calculations of investments needed, ways of doing business analysis, understanding the risks and opportunities of this project idea. With help of the main indicators analyse the profitability and attractiveness of this business for investors.
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “OPENING A BEAUTY SALON IN NORWAY”

The aim of this article is to develop a project for opening a beauty salon in Norway and provide all the necessary calculations to make a decision on investing in the project. In addition, the main tasks are to study the Norwegian economy, identify key areas for investment and assess the associated risks and opportunities. Both the economic and demographic situation in Norway is considered, which made it possible to determine its strengths (a highly developed service sector, favorable conditions for immigration, fair competition and unprevented trade), and weaknesses. In addition, the attractiveness of Norway as an object of foreign investment was analyzed, current trends in this area were predicted, and the country was considered as a place for doing business. Introduced surveys of consumption in investment resources, outlined the organizational and legal form of the establishment of the enterprise, as well as carried out surveys of the main indications, as they gave an opportunity to assess the investment attractiveness of the project. The Norwegian government continues to liberalize its foreign investment legislation mandated closer compliance with EU standards and the flow of the last decade has reduced red tape to make investment easier. This creates favorable conditions for the organization of small business enterprises, where it is possible to combine investment and the creation of a workplace for the investor himself. Finally, the thesis includes the rationale for the selected project, its description (competitive advantages, competitor analysis) and key indicators, such as NPV, PP and PI, reflecting the effectiveness of the project.
